• جميع المنتجات المعروضة على الموقع خاضعة للتوافر.
• نسعى لتقديم أوصاف دقيقة وصور واضحة للمنتجات، إلا أن بعض الاختلافات البسيطة قد تطرأ.
• يحق لـ GLOZZY تعديل أو إيقاف أي منتج أو خدمة دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الأسعار والدفع
• تُعرض الأسعار بعملة الشيكل الجديد (₪) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
• الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
• طرق الدفع المقبولة: بطاقات الائتمان/الخصم الرئيسية، PayPal، والدفع عند الاستلام (COD).
• عند تقديم الطلب، يقر العميل بأن بيانات الدفع صحيحة ومرخّص باستخدامها.

4. الطلبات والتأكيد
• بعد إتمام عملية الشراء، ستتلقون رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
• تحتفظ GLOZZY بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات منها: عدم توفر المنتج، وجود مشاكل في عملية الدفع، أو الاشتباه بمحاولات احتيال.

5. الشحن والتوصيل
• تُسلَّم الطلبات عادة خلال 2–5 أيام عمل بعد تأكيدها.
• تُحتسب رسوم التوصيل حسب المنطقة وتظهر بوضوح عند إتمام الدفع.
• لا تتحمل GLOZZY مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا (القوة القاهرة).

6. الإرجاع والاستبدال
• يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، شريطة أن تكون غير مستخدمة، وبحالتها الأصلية، ومرفقة بفاتورة الشراء.
• قد تُطبّق رسوم شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا أو تم تسليمه بالخطأ.
• تحتفظ GLOZZY بحق فحص المنتج قبل الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

7. الضمان
• جميع أجهزة GLOZZY مشمولة بضمان لمدة 12 شهرًا ضد عيوب التصنيع أو الأعطال الفنية الناتجة عن الاستخدام العادي.
• الضمان لا يشمل التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام، السقوط، الحوادث، أو محاولات الصيانة غير المصرّح بها.
• قد يُطلب إبراز فاتورة الشراء للاستفادة من الضمان.
