سياسة الترجيع والتبديل
نحرص في GLOZZY على رضاكم التام، ونوفر إمكانية الترجيع أو التبديل خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ استلام المنتج، وذلك وفق الشروط التالية:
• أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية تمامًا، غير مستخدم، وداخل علبته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات.
• لا يُقبل ترجيع أو تبديل المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة، وذلك لأنها أدوات شخصية تُلامس الشعر والبشرة، ونلتزم في GLOZZY بأعلى معايير السلامة والصحة الشخصية.
• في حال وجود خلل تقني أو مصنعي مثبت (وفقًا لشروط وبنود الكفالة)، يتم التبديل على حسابنا الكامل

Return & Exchange Policy
At GLOZZY, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer the option to return or exchange your product within 3 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and placed in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for opened or used products, as these are personal care tools that come into contact with hair and skin. We are committed to the highest standards of hygiene and personal safety.
• In case of a verified technical or manufacturing defect (as outlined in our warranty terms), the product will be exchanged at our full expense after inspection and confirmation of the issue.
